100-year-old Saratoga cottage includes council approved granny flat
A 100-year-old character home with a self-contained studio in Saratoga is for sale.
Mulberry Cottage at 59 View Pde has been owned by Maureen Starr for 16 years.
“I fell in love with the house when we bought it. The ex owners said that it was built around 1914. It has been renovated over the years, but the character of the original home is still there,” she said.

“Saratoga is such a peaceful oasis, yet close to shops and neighbours. You can see where the nickname ‘Saradise’ comes from,” she said.
Agent Sharron Tucker from One Agency Sharron Tucker said that one of the best things about the property was the council approved granny flat, which the vendors currently had tenanted.
