RetireAustralia’s The Verge at Burleigh will offer residents an exceptional lifestyle combined with access to one of the Coast’s most popular golf clubs.

A new vertical retirement village to be co-located with Burleigh Golf Club, will redefine seniors living on the Gold Coast.

RetireAustralia announced The Verge will include a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in three medium rise buildings, with approximately half the apartments facing the golf course.

Some upper level apartments will feature views to Miami and Mermaid Beach and the ocean beyond.

Residents will be offered an exceptional coastal lifestyle combined with access to one of the Coast’s most popular golf clubs, in-house facilities and individually tailored care and support to create an outstanding retirement living option.

Overlooking the club’s 10th tee, The Verge will feature 145 contemporary independent living apartments and 32 state-of-the-art care apartments for residents requiring a higher level of support within their homes.

RetireAustralia’s personalised home care services will also be available to help residents maintain independent lifestyles.

A modern wellness hub with gymnasium, indoor and outdoor yoga areas, salon, cafe and lush gardens will complement the existing clubhouse and will be open to both residents and golf club members.

RetireAustralia senior development manager Judi Hutchison said residents would have access to flexible independent living options tailored to each individual to ensure residents age well and live life to the full.

“This is achieved through a diverse range of services, including private and government- funded care delivered by highly qualified staff,” Ms Hutchison said.
