The Vienna 28 by Henley delivers carefully considered spaces that reflect what modern families need.
And when it comes to a functional and flexible home, it’s all about smart zoning, according to Henley national design manager Jeff Bugeja.
“Creating a home the whole family can enjoy together, but where you also have separate spaces to do your own thing, inspired the look and layout (of the Vienna 28),” Mr Bugeja said.
The single-level house has multiple living spaces, including a theatre room, kids’ retreat, open-plan living and dining area, and a large covered alfresco area.
It can be perfectly paired with standard blocks of 14m x 32m and has a price point (the starting price is $251,900) that makes it a viable, yet stylish choice for first-home buyers.
“It’s a home that feels large and has plenty to keep everyone busy,” Mr Bugeja said.
The bedrooms have been zoned so parents have the front section to themselves. A kids’ wing is towards the back and features three bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and the kids’ retreat.
One of the bedrooms is directly off the retreat, which makes it likely to be in demand with teens. The main bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and ensuite with double shower and vanity.
