An architect-designed Hove home is all about luxury
It might look like an executive hotel suite, but this luxurious bedroom can be enjoyed all year round from a Hove property which is up for sale.
The property, at 56 Hulbert St, was designed by renowned architect Alberto D’Andrea with a clear focus on grandeur and family living.

Ray White Real Estate agent Josh Gillespie said Hove was a very “tightly held” area and properties to this standard rarely came to the market.
“Anything this close to the beach is highly sought after and very tightly held,” he said.
“The location is by far the biggest attraction, but the modern style makes it a stand out – it’s just a beautiful home.”
Advertised with a price guide of $1.6 million to $1.7 million, Mr Gillespie said the property had attracted 40 groups through open inspections and a variety of potential buyers.
“It’s attracted downsizers, families and professional couples from interstate,” he said.
The four bedroom home is split over multiple levels and offers a range of luxurious features, however the master suite remains a particular stand out.
“It has incredible views, you can open the doors right up to the balcony,” Mr Gillespie said.
“Plus the bathroom’s glass wall means you can see the park and the ocean from the comfort of the bath.”
The upper ground floor features the kitchen, family, lounge and dining area, with a spacious balcony at the front of the home overlooking the ocean views. A second outdoor entertaining area can be found at the back of the home through french doors, perfect for more intimate functions.
Upstairs, the master suite does all the talking with views over the foreshore that can be enjoyed from bed or from your own private balcony. The luxurious ensuite features a wall of glass, with a spa bath the main centrepiece.
Three additional bedrooms can be found on the upper level, with the fourth an optional study, plus the main bathroom. If that wasn’t enough, head to the basement to find a four car garage and workshop space for all the toys.
Mr Gillespie said the meticulously presented home had already attracted serious inquiries, which was not surprising given the luxury on offer and the prized location.
“The location makes it highly sought after, but also the size of the home and the level of family living is a stand out,” he said.
Hove is located 13.9km from Adelaide CBD and has a median houseprice of $610,000, according to CoreLogic.
However, recent recorded sales on realestate.com.au show that coastal homes within the suburb transact for well above the $1 million mark.
