Buyers swing quickly into action to snap up classic Manly property
Manly is back on the hit list of hungry buyers, with strong prices and lightning-fast sales this month.
Candice Cattell, of Stone Real Estate Manly, only had time for one Wednesday open house before the sold sign went up on 19 Golf Pde.

The picture perfect, ultra-chic Federation home officially came to the market on April 9, and sold three days later for $3.245 million, to local buyers.
She said 11 people had been through the house at its first and only official inspection. Ms Cattell said the home’s immaculate presentation had been a winner.
“There are definitely buyers out there and they are prepared to be decisive,” she said.
The four-bedroom house has two bedrooms and two car spaces.
While it has preserved classic elements of its early 1900’s pedigree, an architectural redesign has created a two-level home provides a stylish yet relaxed beach house, with gardens and lots of private outdoor living space.

Just days before she finalised the Golf Pde deal, she sold 4/10 Darley Rd, Manly, a one-bedroom apartment, for $1,215,000. It had a guide of $1,190,000.
“It’s a great apartment and really well located and the price reflected that,” Ms Cattell said.
Located in the Nautica complex, the apartment is a modern design, and the heart of Manly Corso, and Manly Wharf are at the doorstep.
