Dannii Minogue selling ‘very private’ Melbourne pad
Dannii Minogue is selling her Hawthorn East pad.
The entertainer bought the four-bedroom house at 466 Tooronga Rd in 2010 before the birth of her son, Ethan, with English model and ex-professional rugby league player Kris Smith.
The couple split in 2012, with Smith recently welcoming a baby girl with partner Sarah Boulazeris.

Minogue, who is reportedly in a long-term relationship with music producer Adrian Newman, paid $2.05 million for the property in 2010, according to CoreLogic, and it is now heading to auction with price hopes of $2.6 million.
Jellis Craig director Campbell Ward said it was a great home and had been well looked after.
“It is very private and it is surprisingly spacious,” Mr Ward said.
“It has a really good entertainment area out the back and is in a really good location with lots of schools around.”
He expected a lot of families to be interested in the property.
CoreLogic data shows the gated property was recently listed for rent for $1900 per week but Mr Ward said Minogue decided to sell instead.
The singer-songwriter, actor, model, dancer, fashion designer, TV presenter and talent competition judge has made a few interior style changes to the house, adding a luxury feel to it.
The ground floor of the house is home to the open-plan kitchen, meals area and lounge room, study and formal lounge and dining room.
Upstairs are four bedrooms including the main with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe and a rumpus room.
An outdoor kitchen, with fridge, barbecue and stone finishes, adds to the appeal of the tropical entertainment area with swimming pool and spa.
There is also a studio at the rear of the property.
