Dilapidated Strathfield mansion back on the market after just one year
A rundown Strathfield mansion with 10 bedrooms has hit the market just a year after it previously sold.
The large property at 20 Vernon St is situated in one of the suburbs best locations and is on 860sqm of land.

The property was built in 1900 and has a Heritage listed facade, as well as a pool, four bathrooms and a three-car garage.
It currently has a price guide of $3 million to $3.3 million through Shane Sullivan of LJ Hooker Drummoyne.
It sold this time last year for $2.975 million, per realestate.com.au, and the owner has done nothing to the property since.
There are proposed DA plans for an eight-bedroom home with four bathrooms, lift access and guest quarters.
“It is fairly rare to find something like this in such a great street in Strathfield,” Mr Sullivan said.

The home is for sale via an expressions of interest campaign.
