Nelson Alexander Ivanhoe agent Gordon Hope said the “funky” four-bedroom property was for sale for the first time in over 30 years, with a $1.7-$1.85 million price guide.

“We’ve already had about 15 architects look at it … the sauna, spa, magnesium pool, slate floor are all original,” Mr Hope said.

“There have only been a couple of owners since it was built.”
