Family-friendly unit project set to feature playground and pool
Construction is well underway on a project that is catering for young and established families in one of Sydney’s growth hot spots.
Complete with a communal pool and a playground, Evergrand at Rouse Hill is a low-rise development set to please children of all ages, as well as their parents, from the minute they move in. The Terry Rd site will also come with gardens and barbecue areas.

Drawn to the facilities, families have accounted for many of the unit sales, with the final release of apartments now on the market.
“We have really emphasised family living because the project has a real community feel,” sales manager Vincent Wong said.
“There will be lots of young families with one or two children moving in, that is why we have sold most of the three-bedroom apartments,” Mr Wong said.
Developer China Capital, also known as Evergrand Group, is due to deliver 256 apartments in a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom designs by the end of March.
The units are spread across four, four-storey buildings.
While they all come with park or garden views, a balcony or terrace and at least one car space, some layouts incorporate a study or multi-purpose room, which could be used as an extra living area or bedroom.
Mr Wong said all designs were marketed with a low price point to allow all buyer types to get a foothold in the booming region.
“We also have many local first home buyers who are living with their parents in the north west.
“When we launched two years ago, most people were looking for a house but when they looked at the price — which was then about $1 million on average — they decided to choose an apartment instead.”

Rouse Hill Town Centre, schools and the planned $300 million Rouse Hill Hospital are near the project.
One-bedroom units are priced from $499,000; two-bedders start at $620,000; and three bedrooms cost upwards of $763,000.
