A SERIOUS man cave with a bar and home gym sealed the deal for the new owners of a Drysdale property sold after auction on Saturday.
The converted garage combined with a large four-bedroom house, swimming pool and spa in an unusual 1350sq m package at 16-18 Rowe Court.

Hayeswinckle, East Geelong agent Adam Murphy said the couple negotiated to buy the property for $750,000 after it was passed in on auction day.
Mr Murphy said they couldn’t pass up the rare luxury of both a large shed and a pool at the one address.
“They were ambivalent about the pool but it had a fantastic shed that was set up as a gym and man cave and the house was pretty typical of it’s time, it’s about 25 years old,” Mr Murphy said.
“So the husband really loved the shed and the lady loved the home itself — they were quite happy.”
In addition to the converted garage, there property has another double garage and wide driveway for extra off-street parking.
The house itself is designed for outdoor entertaining with both the formal loungeroom and central open-plan living area flowing out to a covered patio and the pool deck.
