The luxurious Broadbeach Waters residence on Monaco St was the most viewed residential listing in Queensland on realestate.com.au this week.
On a sprawling 3296sq m waterfront estate that occupies four blocks, it is no wonder the property is attracting statewide attention.

The mansion, which is listed with a $13.75 million price tag, set a record sale price for its street when businessman David Fitch and his wife Rachel splashed $11 million on it almost three years ago.

Andrew Winter’s Sanctuary Cove home came in at number three and a quaint Upper Coomera house ranked fourth, followed closely by one in Palm Beach and another in Mudgeeraba.
