It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over two levels and is characterised by soaring ceilings and wide windows that frame water views.

A 17m resort-style pool, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, an outdoor entertainment area with built-in kitchen and wine cellar are among its standout features.

The mansion, which is listed with a $13.75 million price tag, set a record sale price for its street when businessman David Fitch and his wife Rachel splashed $11 million on it almost three years ago.

It is listed with a $14 million asking price.

Luxure The Property People principal Sonja Smith, who is marketing the house, said it was in an incredible position on one of the Coast’s best streets.

“It’s definitely up there with being one of the most desirable locations,” she said.

“The house itself, it’s got everything that you could possibly want from luxury living.

“It’s like a small hotel.”

Gold Coast properties dominated the list of top 10 most viewed in the state this week.

Andrew Winter’s Sanctuary Cove home came in at number three and a quaint Upper Coomera house ranked fourth, followed closely by one in Palm Beach and another in Mudgeeraba.
