Increased demand at North Shore Estate triggers new land release

WITH demand understood to be ramping up at Townsville’s North Shore Estate, the developer is about to launch a new land release and sales campaign in time for spring.

North Shore project director, Andrew Astorquia said that enquiry had increased significantly over the past two months with interest from families moving to Townsville.

“There has been a definite increase in enquiry which is also translating into sales with just one lot left in our Sunhaven Village,” Mr Astorquia said.

“We are moving ahead with civil works for our next land release in Sunhaven with local contractor Hansen constructions, with land available to purchase in the near future.

“There seems to be a renewed vigour in the market with spring now here and we now have land across a full range of lifestyles and budgets from low maintenance villa lots right through to 1,000sq m lots.”

Three home sites have also already sold in the brand new release of the community’s larger-lot premium offering,

“Our large home sites within the premium Horizon Village have also proven popular with people seeking easy access to community facilities, shops, schools and parks while being able to enjoy more space,” Mr Astorquia said.

Enquiry is expected to increase further with the launch of Stockland’s latest sales campaign, ‘it’s time to grow’ which started yesterday.

“It’s time to grow is our newest campaign offering $10,000 off selected lots,” Mr Astorquia said.

“This campaign is designed to provide some additional incentive for buyers to make their move so they can get into their new homes sooner.

“We have brand new four bedroom homes starting at $349,791, with another $10,000 under this offer and $15,000 for eligible first home buyers under the First Home Owners Grant, there is a massive incentive now to weigh up the cost owning a new home verse renting”

The final lot available in the latest Tilbrook Sunhaven release is 665sq m on Wheatley Street close to parks and the North Shore State School priced at $176,000 with $10,000 off during the Stockland it`s time to grow offer.
