Local Central Coast family score dream Point Frederick home
A local family have purchased their dream home in the sought-after suburb of Point Frederick.
The property at 58 Albany St was scheduled to go under the hammer when the two school teachers snapped it up for $1.15 million before auction.
The five-bedroom family home was full of warmth and character with its white picket fence, neat hedges and distant views of Caroline Bay.
The property featured a main bedroom with ensuite and balcony, multiple living spaces, a low maintenance yard and a breakfast bar opening out to a covered outdoor deck and L-shaped barbecue.
Selling within the price guide, the sale was a success for the vendors, who want to downsize.
Agent Scott Hunter from LJ Hooker East Gosford said that now was a good time to buy.

“This family would have spent $100,000 more 12-18 months ago,” he said.
“It’s a great time to be a buyer right now. Interest is strong — we had 48 groups through this property within a three-week campaign.”
The locals were looking to upgrade in the Caroline Bay or Point Frederick region.
