Luxurious Mudgeeraba estate poised to set suburb record
A sprawling Mudgeeraba estate with a long list of luxury inclusions is set to break a record if its eye-watering price tag is achieved.
The grand five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 19 Boolama Place will become the suburb’s highest residential sale if the $4.25 million price guide is reached.
Mudgeeraba’s current record stands at $4.19 million after the sale of a purpose-built dressage and equine estate at 65 Bonogin Rd in July 2015.
The owners’ price hopes for No. 19 is $1.8 million more than the $2.45 million they paid for the property in November 2016, according to CoreLogic records.

Latest CoreLogic figures show Mudgeeraba’s median house price has increased by 13.2 per cent to a $600,000 median in the three years to December.
Harcourts Coastal marketing agent Katrina Walsh said it was truly a remarkable home.
“(It’s) one of the best acreage homes I’ve seen on the Gold Coast,” Ms Walsh said.
The property was designed by Adam Beck and built by Roth Developments.
Sitting on a 7402sq m lakefront block in Jabiru Estate, it offers an eight-seat cinema, mosaic-tiled heated pool, a gym, sauna, and an opulent covered outdoor entertainment area.
Inside there are raw stone features, timber accents, natural hues, soaring ceilings and expanses of glass to capture the tranquil bush landscape that surrounds the home.
