Maroubra house close to beach sells in just six days
A three-bedroom house in Maroubra sold for $2,162,500 after just six days on the market.
Located 500 metres from the sand, the 64 Broome St home appealed to buyers largely due to its proximity to Maroubra Beach.
It was listed with Eitan Rubinstein and Melissa McCormack of McGrath Edgecliff and had an initial price guide of $1.95 million.

Problem with trying to ‘time’ the market
According to Mr Rubinstein, 35 groups came through the home and three contracts were issued during its short campaign.
“A young family from Clovelly who were looking for a beachside lifestyle fell in love with the location and the property,” Mr Rubinstein said.
The single level home has modern interiors including polished timber floors, a gas kitchen with stone benchtops, and a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe.
It has a north to rear aspect with a landscaped front garden and sunny backyard.
It also offered buyers DA approval for a four bedroom home with ocean views and pool.
This was the fourth Maroubra home sold by Mr Rubinstein and Ms McCormack in the month of August.
