This impressive waterfront mansion in Broadbeach Waters’ millionaires’ row is worthy of its prestigious address.
For those seeking a slice of the high life, the statement house with a progressive contemporary design will tick every box.
The six-bedroom, five-bathroom Monaco St mansion was designed by award-winning architect Bayden Goddard and spans a double block.
It features a double-storey main residence and a self-contained apartment.

The owners, who did not want their names published, built the house in 2017 as a family home for them and their two children with an aim to create the perfect entertainer in a modern style that would not date.
“The brief to the architect was to make sure every space in the house was usable. All the spaces had to be functional and flow together,” one of the owners said.
“We wanted to have lots of natural light as well as privacy, that’s why we put the pool in the centre of the house.
“And of course, (we wanted to) make use of the amazing view out the back.”
A state-of-the-art kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, a four-metre island bench and scullery, plus a temperature-controlled wine room, heated pool and gymnasium were just some of the luxury inclusions.
The owners are selling for to a tree change, but said there was a lot to miss about their home.
“My husband is a builder and put in a lot of effort to make sure everything was well constructed,” the woman said.
“The outdoor areas are the favourite, as well as the ensuite where there is a free-standing bath that has a glass window looking out the skyline views.
“It’s a real entertainers’ house as well as a family home.”
Property records show the house had a three-month stint on the market last year with two different agents, originally with a $7.25 million price tag that was later dropped to $6.95 million.
It is now on the market through William Sarti and Matt Lanyon of Prestige Property Agents with an expressions of interest campaign closing on June 10.
