Torquay-based architect Lachlan Shepherd designed the high-end houses, which have panoramic ocean views.
Luxury touches include a lift linking the basement level garage to the two main floors above and decks at both the front and rear for outdoor entertaining.
Mr Carson said the prime beachfront location and quality design resulted in quick sales.
“They actually sold off market to people from Melbourne and Bacchus Marsh,” he said.
“They are going to be used as holiday homes with eventual plans to retire.”
Gunn Building Project constructed the four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouses which have two separate living areas and are designed to capture the sea breeze.
Mr Carson said the inclusion of a lift was a key selling point for the downsizer market.
“They did a really good job using a local architect who know what people want,” he said.
