Agent Will Hampson from Lumby Hampson Real Estate said it was an exceptional price for the 804 sqm property.
He believes the improved West Pennant Hills market is a result of post-Federal election confidence and the opening of the Sydney Metro Northwest.
“A lot of homes selling for around that price are on much bigger parcels of land, so this would have to be right up as a result,” he said.
“This is a gorgeous turn key lifestyle property with immaculate presentation.”
Recent suburb sales include 13 Avonleigh Way, a 1074 sqm property which fetched $3m and 16 Bellbird Drive, set on a 1049 sqm block, which sold for $2.3m.
According to Core Logic RP Data, the Brolga Way property is within the top five sales recorded in the suburb this year. It last sold for $1.1m in April 2010.
Mr Hampson said its current owner had invested in stylish renovations which had a positive impact on its value.
The contemporary style interior features a state-of-the art kitchen with European stainless steel appliances including a heater draw and induction cooktop.
Another kitchen is located in the covered outdoor entertainment area overlooking the pool and sunbathing deck.

“Inside the home is basically brand new throughout with handcrafted cabinetry and beautiful bathrooms — everything has been finished to the highest standard,” Mr Hampson said.
The property was purchased by a local family, who had been renting in the suburb.
