Snap up your own housing estate subdivision in Wadalba
A Wadalba development site with DA approval for a 19 lot subdivision is for sale with a price guide of $1.9 million.
The site at 165 Louisiana Rd is a secluded parcel of residential land bounded on the west and south by wildlife corridor with sporting fields to the north.

Selling agent Steve Rawsthorne from One Agency Coast and Country Wyong said that the property was owned by three partners who had been working on DA approval since 2004.
“After all the time it took, some of the owners are ready for retirement,” he said.
“It is good news for a buyer though, because they can start building straight away and the DA can never lapse.”

The site is in a convenient location, close to Coles and Woolworths and an easy walk for the kids to school.
Mr Rawsthorne said that the best thing about the parcel was the natural location.
“This is a boutique estate with elevated views looking out to the Watagans,” he said.
“So far I’ve had strong interest from Sydney developers.”
