Sydney escort Madison Ashton sells Darlinghurst apartment
Madison Ashton, the Sydney escort and former mistress of late cardboard king Richard Pratt, has sold her chic Darlinghurst apartment — and is now seeking to sell another in the same complex.
The recently sold apartment was listed with $1.1 million hopes in April, with Ashton not wavering on the price during four months of do-it-herself marketing.

Ashton’s two-bedroom apartment featured plush interiors with mirrored walls, chandeliers and Pilou Asbaek decor finishes.
There are nude artworks, mirrored walls and chandeliers amid the Greg Natale finishes.
Its redesign came after her company paid $735,000 in 2012, in a purchase from actor siblings Joel and Nash Edgerton.
Ashton, who hails from Victoria, had indicated she planned to move to the CBD.
“Move straight in and enjoy the benefits of the fully renovated apartment or a Airbnb business completely ready to go,” the marketing suggested.
It was also offered furnished as part of the sale, as several furnishings were custom-made and commissioned for the property.
It was marketed as offering the “best of inner-city living, where the vibrant night-life of Oxford St, Darlinghurst and Potts Point are just a short stroll away’’.
The listing was offered via SaleByHomeOwner.com.au, an Australia-wide service for owners selling their own properties.
Ashton owns another apartment in the bohemian Crown Street location, which she bought in 2011 for $677,500.
It has been renovated and is now offered for sale at $950,000, having been an $800-a-week rental through Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
There is Ellie Cashman wallpaper, Regency-style custom wood fretwork ceilings and mid-century modern lighting.

Although Ashton failed in her bid to sue the Pratt estate for a multimillion-dollar claim, she did become one of Sydney’s most high-profile escorts.
