This five-bedroom home in Doncaster ticks all the boxes when it comes to luxury living and it’s currently on the market waiting for its next ‘baller’ residents.

Located at 21 Hampshire Road, Doncaster, it’s in the quiet ‘burbs of Melbourne, but the high-end entertainment features suggest it would be anything but quiet living here with friends bound to invite themselves over for some fun.

The current resident is also the builder of the home and has custom-built everything.

“The quality and the build of the home is one of the best I’ve seen – there has been great attention to detail,” says selling agent Theo Politis who is the Director at Barry Plant Doncaster East.

The entertainer’s dream home features a nine-seat cinema room, a huge alfresco dining area with an outdoor kitchen, integrated sound system, and a wet bar.

The show-stopping kitchen is made up of marble and limestone and features a temperature-controlled 750-bottle wine cellar.

All luxury homes now seem to have a butler’s pantry for extra prep space and 21 Hampshire Road is no exception. The new owners will be making their meals using only high-end Miele appliances.

Each of the five bedrooms are super spacious. Picture:

The five bedrooms are large enough for the whole brood to feel like they have their own space. The master bedroom even has its own private courtyard and large walk-in robe.

The ensuite has been designed with hotel luxury in mind featuring a twin shower that also functions as a steam room when the glass doors are fully closed and a huge bathtub with its own TV.

The ensuite bathroom features a double shower head that also functions as a steam room. Picture:

There is also some pretty nifty high tech features thanks for the smart technology enabled throughout the property. This includes CCTV, a sophisticated alarm system and wall-ducted vacuum.

Politis says that the interest so far has been strong.

“In the first week, we’ve had close to 100 buyers inspect the home, which is high.

“They are liking the floorpan, the contemporary design and the architecture a lot, as well as the natural light that comes through.”

The house will go to sale at the set date of Tuesday 11th June at 6:00pm.
