Three waterside Sydney homes aimed at empty nesters
Prominent architect Mark Hurcum has been building homes on the northern beaches for 30 years but his latest cluster of four homes on Newport’s waterfront brings together everything he has learnt over three decades.
“They are the most amazing homes I have every built, the most sophisticated and the easiest to live in,” he said.
Four very different homes have been built in a sheltered pocket on Pittwater, two on the waterfront and two at street level. Mr Hurcum has retained one of the four for himself but the other three are just completed and for sale.

The waterfront home with boat shed and mooring and 1115sqm of land has a $10 million price guide with expressions of interest closing in September.
