The five-bedroom, two-bathroom home is split across three levels and is located on Seaview Street, which offers stunning lookouts on to Manly and the North Harbour.

The last time the property sold was 19 years ago, when it went for $651,500.

It sold for $2,903,000 on 14 September 2019, which was $103,000 above the price guide. Not a bad return on investment for the vendors.
