Treetop Le Maistre design in premium riverside precinct sells to near neighbours
RARE uninterrupted views across the moonah trees to the Barwon River was the catalyst for buyers to move to new flash digs 100m up the road from their present Barwon Heads home.
They paid $1.856 million for the chance to upgrade their outlook at a modern Le Maistre house in the riverside precinct.
A north-facing deck with a retractable roof, built-in barbecue and bar is a highlight of the two-storey residence and seems to sit among the treetops with the river behind.

RT Edgar, Barwon Heads agent Andy Ingham said two local parties had their eye on three-bedroom house at 19 Midden Tce.
“The people that bought it live about 100m away, they know the area well and their current home does not have that outlook,” Mr Ingham said.
“They love the outlook.”
He said the quality of the build and the riverside location were hard to beat.
“There is only a handful of homes that have got that outlook,” he said.
There’s views from living rooms on both levels of the house, with the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room on the upper floor the centrepiece of the design.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floors with main bedroom suite tucked away privately upstairs.
