Jellis Craig Ivanhoe agent James Goulopoulos said the luxurious property was an extremely rare find.
“It’s probably the best one we’ve seen for quite a while,” he said.
“Fixtures, fittings, how it’s been put together — it’s just one of a kind, I guess.
“It’s a very, very unique property.”
Mr Goulopoulos said every aspect of the property appealed to prospective buyers.
“We’ve had an unbelievable amount of inquiries,” he said.
“In terms of who would be buying it, it’s a mixed bag — someone who would appreciate the architecture, the workmanship and the lifestyle.”
Featuring European oak herringbone parquetry floors, showstopper pendant lighting and glorious pool views through huge windows, the commanding foyer has all the prestige of a five-star hotel.
A dream kitchen, fitted with Calacatta marble, premium Miele appliances, and the obligatory butler’s pantry, overlooks a spacious living space and dining room within premium bay windows.
Also downstairs are a large rumpus room with a fireplace and a bedroom with an ensuite.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with an ensuite, dressing room and retreat, while the other two share a bathroom and powder room.
Each of the bedrooms has direct roof access.
The second floor has a large retreat, while a lower ground floor includes a theatre.
The vendors are selling after doing a full renovation on the home in the past year.
“They’ve brought up three children and had the grandparents there — it’s a very family friendly home in a very secluded area,” Mr Goulopoulos said.
