Waterfront Longueville mansion equals the suburb record
A six-bedroom Lucretia Ave property has equalled the Longueville suburb record following its $11.88 million sale.
It was purchased by Avionics managing director Nick Brumley and wife Yvette, who settled into the property two weeks ago, according to CoreLogic.
The $11.88 million figure is also the same price its now former owners, Shanghai United chairman Ping Wei and wife Ye Zhou, paid for it in May 2016.

Belle Property Mosman’s Tim Foote and Bo Zhang sold the property via an expressions of interest campaign that lasted 28 days.
In an interesting twist, the 1467sqm property also shares the Longueville suburb record with another house owned by Ping Wei.
Located on Belcote Rd, it was purchased in January 2017 for $11.88 million — nine months after buying the Lucretia Ave home.
The couple look set to bid farewell to Longueville altogether, with the waterfront Belcote Rd home for sale.
When it first came to market in January with Belle Property’s Tim Foote, Bo Zhang and Simon Harrison, it had a $12 million-$13 million guide.
The landmark residence is located on one of Longueville’s top streets and has sweeping views across Woodford Bay.
The palatial home spans three floors and has designer interiors by Stanic Harding Architects.
Features include landscaped gardens, 15m Morato marble, glass mosaic pool, American oak flooring and a 32m frontage.
Other important characteristics of the home include a rumpus room, media room, several store rooms, cellar and parking for four cars.
