Werribee couple drawn to Lara lifestyle property’s pool
THE solar-heated swimming pool was the big attraction of a Lara lifestyle property that sold to a Werribee couple at auction.
The buyers paid $958,000 for the four-bedroom house on 4500sq m of land at 20 Nossal Court.

Ray White, Lara agent Terry Cleary said they had looked at several properties in the Lara area and a pool topped their wishlist.
“One of the main attractions to them was certainly not just the land size but the pool being a solar-heated pool,” Mr Cleary said.
“It will give them extra use of the pool and she has an arthritic type condition so that was one of the main reasons they were looking at it.”
Three bidders put their hands for the master built home crafted from Mt Gambier limestone on Saturday.
The house has three separate living areas dressed with feature stone walls and solid timber floors. There’s even a glass atrium drawing light into the entry hall.
“It was a standout property,” Mr Cleary said.
“It was a master built property being sold by the original owners for the first time.”
